Marcies Macaroni Salad
1 package brown rice pasta, elbow macaroni
1 cup red onion, diced
2½ cups pickles, chopped small
1½ cups black olives, chopped small
1½ cups vegan mayonnaise
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Directions: Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain the pasta and run it under cold water. Set the pasta aside to cool completely. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients, except the pasta, and mix. Add the pasta and stir well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
