Pea and Radish Salad

Ingredients


4 cups fresh or frozen shelled peas

1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced

3 cups fresh pea sprouts


Dressing:

2 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 cloves minced garlic


Directions:

Toss together and enjoy!
